
Sports for Peace, an event organised by Global Peace Festival Malaysia on Saturday (April 12, 2014) to celebrate the first ever International Day of Sport for Development and Peace. A football tournament was set up in the International Youth Centre, Cheras to encourage youths' participation. With Richard Nelson Scully, a Harimau Malaya C Assistant Coach as the guest, Global Peace Festival Malaysia used "football" to bring people from various nations, ethnic groups and religions to break down barriers and foster new friendships.
